Newsletter conditions
We will send you our newsletter about news from our product range as well as about current event dates and contents. Hemmers Itex is responsible for the newsletter and the content.
Registration for the newsletter is voluntary and free of charge.
The newsletter is sent using "Cleverreach" (https://www.cleverreach.com/de/). This process also saves the email addresses and other information about sending and analyzing the newsletter. The analysis is for the purpose to improve our offer and for the purpose of eliminating technical errors. It also increases the user-friendliness of our newsletter. Only the field marked with * is a mandatory field.
Interested (still) non-members / non-customers can also subscribe to our newsletter.
Please note that written consent from the legal guardian is required for minors.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time or revoke your consent at any time by emailing marketing@textilhemmers.de.
The new EU data protection law, which regulates the use of personal data, will apply from May 25, 2018.
The information requested below (customer number, first name, last name and e-mail address) is personal data that may only be collected, processed and used if a legal basis allows it or if the data subject's voluntary consent has been obtained.
Specifying names is used to assign an email address to a person. An email address, such as "stofflaedchen123 (at) gmx.de", does not necessarily allow the assignment to the respective owner.
