The personal data provided during registration (first and last name, organization, position, e-mail address), which are required for the purpose of event organization, will be used for participant management and communication with the participants. They will be deleted no later than 6 months after the event.

The legal basis for the processing is your consent to the specified processing.
The data will be used exclusively for the purposes described in this statement; any other use is always made dependent on renewed consent. Your data will not be used for advertising purposes.
GIZ uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure the data against accidental or intentional falsification, destruction, loss or access by unauthorised persons. Access to personal data is restricted to those GIZ employees within the Partnerships2030 project who are required to process this data in accordance with the above-mentioned purposes and handle it properly and confidentially.
Your registration data will be forwarded to the processor CleverReach for contract fulfilment (hosting).
Rights of data subjects
You have the right to ask for your personal data, to have them corrected if necessary or to request the restriction of processing or the deletion of the data. The data will then be deleted. The permission granted to use the personal data can also be revoked at any time. The lawfulness of the processing up to the time of revocation is unaffected by this.
In case of revocation, participation in the event is not possible.
